How to open a Commercial Trade Licence in Bangladesh?

Opening business trade licence involves several steps and legal compliances. Here are some general guidelines on how to open a trade licence in Bangladesh:

1. Application Form, to be collected from any City Corporation, Pouroshova, Union Council

2. National ID card of the entrepreneur

3. Recent receipt or ownership proof

4. Recent passport size photo of the entrepreneur

5. Work Permit from Board of Investment

6. Statement of Bank Solvency

7. Obtain tax registration from the National Board Revenue (NBR)

✅In case of Travailing Agency – Approval from civil aviation authority.
